SHEETING: Connemara Converting provides press ready sheets that are accurate to a dimensional tolerance of ± 1/32". We are capable of handling many types of substrates, providing precision cut and cut-to-register sheets which are stacked, counted, and packaged to your requirements. WE PROVIDE CUT-TO-MARK REGISTERED SHEETING SERVICES.

SLITTING/REWINDING: We can accommodate 72" OD in with 40" ODʼs out on 3", 5", 6" or 12" ID cores. Maximum slit web is 95". Call Connemara Converting for your slitting and rewinding needs, no matter how simple or complex.

RETAIL ROLL REWINDING: Our equipment converts 12"-40" width retail rolls up to 3" OD on 1.25", 1.5" and 2" ID cores, with in line label application and shrink wrapping the roll.

GUILLOTINE CUTTING: Connemara Converting operates computerized guillotines providing programmed cuts for accuracy, speed and repeatability. We offer auto-stacking capability and a cut tolerance of ± .01" which insures finished cut sheets will have an excellent edge profile for feeding into your equipment.

REAM REWINDING: We can convert 40" OD master rolls to smaller roll requirements. Either by specified OD or running feet on 3" ID thin wall cores.
